Virtual Coaching - Half Hour

Virtual coaching can be accomplished effectively through video analysis and Skype or Facetime sessions. The archer submits video clips which are reviewed by their Coach Amy Witt. Then, during the Skype or Facetime session, the videos are discussed, and we will set up a plan of practice until the next session. Sessions can be focused on form, mental game, tournament prep, etc.
Weekly Training Plan

Coach Amy will provide a weekly Training Plan for your archery training. This will include Mental Management, Weekly Goals, Stretching, Weigh Use, etc.
Monthly Team Dues
