Ways to Keep Up Your Training

Make A Plan

Archery is a life long sport so use a calendar to plan out the next few weeks and months until the season begins again next Fall. 

Create a Routine

Are you going to practice 2 days per week? 3 days per week? Strengh training? Cardio? 

Work with that You have

Use your string bow and stretch band if you can't shoot your bow. 

Look Forward

Set a goal for next season. Share it with your parents, friends and coach.
